North Hollywood Realtor or Landlord’s Job: Dealing With Tenants

So your North Hollywood REALTOR introduced a tenant and a disastrous future event caused by that tenant forces you to deal with them. There are times when the tenants may do unpleasant things such as skipping rent, messing up the property or verbally abusing the property manager. For that,
it is the Landlord’s responsibility to deal with them, not the Realtor’s.

After all, it is the
Landlord’s business at stake. But sometimes, Landlords may be tempted to take the matters in their own hands and do actions they think are justifyed. They threaten or do lock out the
tenants, bring the tenants’ possessions out the streets or changing the locks. Landlords are
endangering themselves with these acts.

Landlords will be liable if a tenant is found locked out. The liability is equivalent to certain
amounts such as rental dues for several months. In some instances, tenants also sue their
landlords for the loss of their things. Fortunately, landlords can seek help from a neutral law
enforcement officer to obtain an eviction order from a judge.
