Consider Radiant Heat For Your Home: From The Top North Hollywood Realtor

A North Hollywood Realtor will say radiant heat can add comfort and value to your home while lowering energy costs.Radian heat panel at National Research Council...Image via Wikipedia

If you want your old wood flooring but more heat, consider adding radiant tubing on the underside. You can add this tubing to an unfinished basement as well, connecting the tubing to the boiler and adding a thermostat, water pump, and insulation. These panels add extra height so make sure to note this for low ceilings or tall family members.

Add radiant tubing underneath bathroom floor tiles, connected to the boiler, and you can turn your small bathroom into a spa.

If you are remodeling, consider installing radiant tubing instead of heat panels as this cuts a third of the expense of remodeling and cuts energy costs.
