Questions should be directed at how the house was marketed. Was there enough advertising? Was the advertising correctly managed? Were enough strategies used?
Ask about the market. Your house may be selling in a slow market which may mean taking it off until this picks up.
Then establish if your original price is too high and if you are adjusting correctly. You don’t want an overpriced house or one priced too low. Do your research with your agent. Your North Hollywood Realtor should help you so work with him to make the price competitive and reflective of your house’s value. A house priced correctly will surely sell.
